SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We here at Novadab are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. We strive to ship orders out as soon as possible. All orders should be received within 5-10 business days of order placement, unless otherwise noted.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account or inquiring via support ticket
How do I cancel/change my order?
We ask that you contact us immediately via via support ticket to request to cancel/change your order. Unfortunately, once your order enters the shipping process, we are unable to cancel or make changes.
Novadab treats its business very seriously and makes every effort to be fully transparent at all times. Accordingly, we have developed a Refunds and Returns Policy to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you with respect to refunds and returns.
If goods purchased from Novadab are deemed faulty upon delivery, it is the consumer's responsibility to contact Novadab immediately. Consumers will be eligible for a replacement within 30 days of receiving said faulty goods. Goods damaged due to wear and tear beyond the 30-day period will not be exchangeable.
You are responsible for any fees incurred when returning goods to us. The goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit or that are returned to us in error.
For purchases from deal sites:
Refund/ returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Novadab is not responsible for return postage fees.
Novadab does not accept returns for Pierced jewelry hygiene reason.
Your entitlement to a refund
All returns and exchanges for purchases from Novadab must be made in 14 days of receipt of the item. You will be entitled to a refund/exchange where:
- you have changed your mind about your purchase, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (Change of Mind Returns);
- the product is not fit for the purpose that products of that kind are commonly bought;
- the product does not match the sample or description advertised on our website; or
- we are required to do so under any relevant laws.
In the event that you believe that any of the above apply to you and consequently, you believe that you are entitled to a refund/ exchange, you must Submit a Ticket and provide us with:
- the original order number.
- Items you are returning
- the reason for claiming the refund.
Returning products to us
If you wish to return products to us, you must notify Novadab via Submitting a Ticket through the “Contact Us” section of the Website within 14 days of receiving the products. Claims for returns made outside this time period will be at the discretion of Novadab.
Once your request to return a product has been processed and accepted, you will be provided with email confirmation authorizing the return. You must include a copy of this confirmation email when you return the products to us.
Condition of returned products
All products must be returned new and in the same condition as they were sent, unworn, unused and not soiled or damaged.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned products prior to offering a refund. This may result in a refund being refused by us, and the product being returned to you at your expense.
Return delivery charges
Return delivery charges are your responsibility. Novadab is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries.
Providing refunds to you
After assessing the condition of the returned products and if your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been issued.
For Change of Mind Returns, you will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only, excluding original delivery charges. Refunds will only be made upon the return of the product.
All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the products. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 21 days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
